The Telecom Regulator will introduce a mobile application to measure call quality and beef up the 'do not disturb' mechanism as part of its strategy to improve consumer experience. TRAI chariman RS Sharma told reporters that the MyCall app will work on a crowd sourcing platform, where users will choose the number of calls they want to rate.
