Nokia 9 To Sport Snapdragon 835 SoC, Iris Scanner, 128GB Storage
The high range model that had been rumored for the Snapdragon 835, the most coveted processor of the moment. This new high range model was automatically related to the future Nokia 8 that had been seen in some leak, but it seems that will not be so, although its processor will remain high. The Snapdragon 660 has appeared on the scene and has also been linked to the future Nokia 7.
So, the Nokia 8 along with the new Nokia 7 would be less powerful than we thought. However, not without ceasing to have good performance, as the Nokia 6 already does. Though this processor has not been officially announced by Qualcomm but is already in tests.
However, apart from these things now it seems that the Finnish Company Nokia will soon launch its flagship smartphone, possibly dubbed as Nokia 9 which is set to be stuffed with lots of amazing features. As it is expected to arrive with an Iris Scanner which is currently present in Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+, Carl Zeiss cameras along with a QuadHD OLED display. Not only that, according to the report from Nokia Power User, this smartphone will be the first device to feature the “Nokia OZO audio” enhancements.
While if we talk about the specification of the device then Nokia 9 will feature the highly anticipated SoC Snapdragon 835 processor along with an Adreno 540 GPU, a Quad HD 5.5-inch OLED display, huge 6GB of RAM, a 3,800mAh battery with QuickCharge 4 support, and 64 & 128GB of internal storage and it will run on the latest version of Android, of course, Android 7.1.2 Nougat out of the box.
But what about the camera? It is expected to arrive with a 22 Mega-Pixel dual lens Carl Zeiss rear camera which will be coupled with a 12 Mega-Pixel front-facing camera that will help to capture stunning selfies.
Moreover, the Nokia 9 will feature an Iris Scanner as we told earlier but along with it will come with a fingerprint reader and IP68 dust & water resistance. So, according to the specifications and features, it seems that Nokia 9 will be a very exciting smartphone.
