The National Advisor Bureau Limited, a company based in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), has drawn up plans to harvest icebergs and tow them 5,700 miles away to the Gulf, where they could be melted down for fresh water and marketed as a tourist attraction. But the plan to harvest icebergs faces a wide array of legal, financial and logistical hurdles.
