For starters, LTE stands for "Long Term Evolution", whereas VoLTE stands for "Voice Over Long Term Evolution". LTE is basically a very technical process for high-speed data for phones and other mobile devices. VoLTE is an HD calling service over 4G LTE, faster than 2G/3G network that we're using in present.
